I barely walk around my house or a grocery store and my heart is pounding I feel like passing out and tense I can't enjoy anything I feel so untraced I'll be 20weeks tomorrow

I feel like this all the time ): I'm 21 weeks four days and I'm just hoping it gets better and that it won't be like this for the rest of my pregnancy. I am slightly anemic, people on here have told me that could affect it; but it is also normal to have a higher heart rate when you are pregnant. Definitely keep an eye on it and ask your doctor about it, that's what I'm going to do.

You could have low blood pressure.  I would get your blood pressure checked and possibly your iron levels too.

I'll just be laying in bed and it starts poinding. It's supposed to be normal since we are pumping more blood into 2 bodies.
