Hunter rain boots for sure! I just bought a black pair as part of my early Christmas present. They are a bit pricey but totally worth it because they will last forever. And they are super cute and comfortable. It was worth the price for me, especially if you plan on wearing them a lot in the winter.

I love my rain boots! Got them from Amazon. The brand is Kamik. They have a lot of different styles and almost all under $40. Mine are bright green. They are a tad tight in the calf so be careful if you were to need wide ones.

I've heard Hunter is a really good brand. You can get warm inserts to wear also so they're really all year round boots.
