Yup because of both. My flow is never super heavy so we throw a towel down just in case, put on a condom and call it a day. One of the few things that gets rid of my cramps!

Hell yes! When I wanna get some I get some! My husband has the same attitude on it. We just do it like normal and put down towels, or do it in the shower :) silicone lube is a must as well. Water based lube doesn't mix well with the blood.
