Is it okay to miss a month of a period , but you know your not pregnant because you haven't had sex but you got fingered ? I'm just wondering because I'm almost a month late my last period was oct 21 and it's November 30 😭 please lemme know

It's normal to miss a month here and there, especially if you're still young. I've missed a month at a time multiple times. & it's also normal to be late. My average # of cycle days is 36. Don't stress about it too much as you will only cause it to be more late! Goodluck!

You had your last period in October and now it's November. If you have a 30 day cycle you are only 9 days late not a month. Normal if your stressing about being late.
