I quit the day I got my BFP with my son, over 7 years ago. Never looked back and promised myself I'd never touch one again. I have an obligation to my children now, I can't choose an awful unhealthy habit over them.

I quit smoking as soon as the test came back positive with my daughter. That's almost 4 years ago.

I don't want my children smoking and I want to be a good example to them. That's enough of a motivator to me to never pick it up again.

I smoke an e-cig, I quit smoking cigarettes almost 3 years ago. I also smoke on the lowest dose of nicotine. 3mg. All natural ingridents, many people don't realize nicotine is in a lot of foods they eat.

I slowly quit two weeks after finding out. Yes I still crave them and yes I put on weight after quitting, but you know  it's better for us and our babies... So it is worth it to me... I want to do everything I possibly can to have a healthy baby, and if that's what I had to do then so be it. Now I'm not saying I will never pick up another cig again, because well life happens, I also said I'd never gain the weight i lost back and well I was wrong there! Haha
