TMI, opinions please.

I'm 13 weeks and 5 days, I went to the restroom to poo (for the first time in days) and there was bright red blood. I doubled checked to make sure it wasn't from my vagina. I'm just confused because I know hemoroids are more common in the last trimester and they're painful. I'm in no pain except for when I was using the restroom.
