Mid-cycle spotting
Do any of you ladies experience mid-cycle spotting often ??? What have your experiences been???
I did for the first time ever yesterday which was weird, it was very very light and only lasted about 8 hours. I was feeling under the weather because my stomach was upset. I just felt really cramped up in general, but I experienced some relatively sharp pain in that area (also kind of unusual)
My period is supposed to start in 4 days, my boyfriend I always use protection during sex and I'm not on any form of birth control. I suppose I'm just curious because I've never had it before.
