Weird pressure after sex...

Ok ladys so I'm 6 days late and all 3 test have been negative. My SO and I have had sex 3 days in a row and now I'm the 3rd day (right now) I am having weird and kinda painful pressure in my lower but mid stomach area. Iv NEVER felt like this before. Does anyone know what this is??
