TMI sorry but need help
So for the past couple of days I've been pooping a lot and every time I do my anus really hurts (like a sharp pain, as if it's being scratched) and it feels like I'm doing a massive bowel movement but when I finish its like a tiny little nugget? Then when I wipe there's a bit of blood. 😐
