sneezy and queasy
Woke up this morning congested and nauseous, now my sinuses have open I can smell everything and it's making me more nauseous. Only a few days till af but I have no pms symptoms and I always get them bang on a week before my period is due. My cervix is so high and soft I can hardly feel it and is surrounded by thick milky/creamy CM.
Be gentle with me mother nature.
