confuse plz help

i am 6 weeks pregnant and from the last 4 days i have feeling nausea yesterday it was really high but today its almost finish just very mild. my boobs was feeling fuller but they are normal now.. it only hurt at night which they did.. i am very tense.. i had 2 mc last year that is why.. plz tell me if anyone had this type of symptoms which come and go.. and is it possible that sometime ur abdomen feel completely normal.?
