First time mommy needs some insight

I just found out I was pregnant yesterday November 30th. My last period was in October on the 22nd. I was a week late this month on me period so I took a pregnancy test and I'm going to be a mommy! 😁 But I'm trying to figure out about how far along I am... Ive had three different apps tell me three different time periods.
