Advice please

Hi! 6 weeks today... Went for an ultrasound yesterday and only saw gestational sac. Today my hcg came back over 13,000. I've not had any issues but doctors are concerned. Anyone else have these issues? Or know of anyone that has. I'm trying not to freak out... Follow up for blood work tomorrow and ultrasound Monday.
