I appear to have spotted twice in my cycle. I have a 26 day cycle I spotted CD14 and again today CD19.

The first time (CD14) I only ever saw it when I wiped and it was pink/brown, it lasted 24 hour with twinges and sharp pains in my right side but nothing to harsh for me to handle. Today (CD19) it was pink mixed in with creamy/milky cm and was one little blob, I've been having mild cramps in my lower belly, I've felt like I've got a cold but I don't, sneezing like a trooper and getting waves of nausea.

Can any one help me out please?
