What did you do for club foot?

Found out our baby has a club foot. Does anyone have any experience with this? How to treat it?

I have a friend and her son had it with both feet. W
He wore cases for about 3 years then needed 1 surgery. But he's been a perfect little guy since then with no problems

I was born with minor club feet. I had to wear these special shoes that had a var attached to the shoes preventing me from walking. My mother had to turn the screws to I guess stretch the muscle to fix my feet. I had no issues. I was a very athletic child and still active today. I don't even remember wearing them. My mother liked to remind me that i hated wearing them. Lol

If it is mild enough you can do at-home massages or stretches. But typically they need with physical therapy or surgery depending on the severity.
