Does pineapple really induce labor?

I've heard that pineapple can induce labor because it contains an enzyme called bromelain that can produce contractions and soften the cervix. I'm only 35 weeks and would like to enjoy this pineapple I just cut up lol. Not ready for labor right now! :p

Honestly, if your body isn't ready to go into labor nothing you try (that's safe) will put you in labor

Eat it. You'll be fine. You'd have to eat your weight in pineapple for it to cause induction. Ok, maybe that's extreme, but you get the point😊

Sex and walking, thats what helps labor to progress. Skip the foods and castor oil those don't help!

You can enjoy the pineapple but do so in moderation. Pineapple all day everyday isn't good (and would make one sore tongue) but occasionally you are fine.
