Vertigo is it a pregnancy symptom?

I got a light spotting on Thanksgiving night. Next day it was a heavy bleeding for 2 days now it's been a dark brown light bleeding. So I figured ok my period came. Well today I have been having vertigo really bad too. I have never had this before in my whole life. Do you ladies think there is a possibility I'm actually pregnant? Please comment let me know what u think I'm going crazy 😩
