I haven't tried it and I say no. If you're  sexually active a lot it's good to give your body a break of no sex for at least 5-7 days. That being said, I know you get super horny on your period but the sex after your period is awesome because your super horny for not having sex so it's good

It didn't help my cramps, I got a terrible one in the middle of things and my SO literally felt my muscles inside tighten around him and hurt him. 😟
