Need some opinions before seeing the doctor

I've been having numbness in my pinky toe and it affects the other toe and the small part under my pinky toe but it's a weird tingly and numb feeling which I get at random times I also get random lightheaded and sick.. I had the worry of diabetes it runs in my fathers family so I'm not sure if these are some of the symptoms.. Has anyone had something like this I'm worried and hope I can get some sort of answer.. I don't wanna see a doctor if it's not really a big deal cause I have no insurance so I'll be paying out of pocket..
