Masterbuating and bleeding!!!

So I don't masterbuate a lot but I'd looked up some homemade sex toys and one was the handle of a toothbrush! So I decided to try it out! I was wet and so I tried it but it was working effectively so I use an other one(2 toothbrushes)and when I took them out there was blood on them. Just a bit tho. Did I go to rough? Or am i spotting cause I'm due my period in a few days. I cleaned both toothbrushes(handles) but I'm worried I've damaged myself, I don't want my parents to find out i masterbuate! Please help!
