Odd spots on groin/vagina? Pics?

I had caught ring worm when I got back off holiday about 3 months ago. I had a little bout of it just on the edge of my groin. Since then I have had these spots and have them on surrounding areas? Could they be ingrowing hairs? They hurt slightly when I apply pressure, had like a blackhead like scab on them but they're not blackheads.. I've tried steroid cream I used for ringworm but it doesn't seem to be shifting? I have a partner and have for the last 2 years so I haven't caught it off anybody due to being promiscuous, has anybody experienced these before and how to get rid of them??
