I had my iud removed October 4th. I had my period the following week and haven't had a period since. Any advise on herbal supplements that can help with my period and ovulation? A little background got diagnosed with pcos 2 yrs ago and the doctors put the iud in to help my hormones balance I never had bad issues til after I had my son 8 yrs ago. I recently got married in August and we are ttc. Any help?¿?
