Pains after EP surgery and tube removal

I am 2 weeks post surgery to remove my right fallopian tube due to ectopic pregnancy, tomorrow. I am sore all around my belly button, I only notice when I bend over and if I push on it. However today I am having pains on my right side of my abdomen, kind of feels like ovulation pain but more sharp, also happening on my left side. Has anyone else experienced this? I have a 2 week follow up tomorrow.
