Can someone tell me what this is? Where the arrow is pointing? I've been looking at other peoples scans and comparing and not many have this 'lump' thing? Is it ok?

That's what mine looked like couple months ago when I was having a contraction during the US. it went away and maybe they just happened to print your pic at the moment one was occurring
