Miscarriage or chemical pregnancy?

So I found out that I was pregnant last week and started spotting last night. And then when I woke up to get ready for work I went to th bathroom and it was so much blood and then a big clot in the toilet, and then when I wiped clots on the tissue. Now I'm in so much pain physically and mentally. According to glow I was 4w5d I hadn't made an appt cause I was going to wait till 8w cause that's when my dr would see me. This is my third MC last year I lost my baby at 16+ I'm so ready to give up now but hubby says Dnt ! But he will never understand how I feel cause I have no children and he has 3 but he is the best support system I have right now. So needless to say I'm at work right now in so much pain and to myself. Idk what to do now I just want to go home and sleep in a ball with my head covered and not tlk to anyone. U just want my hubby and baby! 😢😢😢 really need someone to talk to other then him.
