Life After A Miscarriage.

This Past Tuesday, I had a miscarriage. It was a natural miscarriage. It started out with dark brown spotting. As time went on, it got a bit heavier and then started turning dark red and then bright red. I passed the sac. It looked like what could have been a large blood clot. I grabbed the "blood clot" off my pad with a piece of toilet paper only to find out it was my baby😞 I was able to see the eyes developing and barely the arms😥 It was heartbreaking. This would have been my first child and was really looking forward to a healthy pregnancy. It was physically, mentally, and emotionally draining. I would like to hear about your experience, and see what I could do better for my next pregnancy and also get some tips on what to do and what not to do. We plan to get pregnant as soon as it's ok to try again.
