Stopping metformin during pregnancy
I'm 18 weeks and at my last prenatal visit my dr said I can stop taking metformin. I had thought I would take it my entire pregnancy.. I had multiple early miscarriages before I found out I had pcos and was put on metformin.. I'm scared to stop taking it. Did any of you stop during pregnancy? Did you wean yourself off or stop cold turkey? Should I get a second opinion?
