Beta # question

Hello ladies. I've had two miscarriages this year already. Found out it was due to low progesterone, so when I got my BFP last week, I started takk g the progesterone pills right away. Went in on Tuesday for blood work and my number came back at 20,000...I'm super excited...I was only 5+1 day...does that sound pretty high? Could it be twins?? Just curious on you guys numbers...?? TIA
