Maca Root
I bought last night maca root pills to try this month. My cycles are not horribly irregular but its supposed to help with fertility...however, after reading on the Internet I'm scared it will screw with my hormones to much and put my system out of wack. Has anyone tried it and had success with it? Any input is appreciated and needed!
