Nexplanon and insurance

Theresa
I already have my nexplanon implant and due to be taken out this coming May. I had access to tricare and blue cross when I had it put in so I had no out of pocket expenses; however, since I'm coming up on my 26th birthday I will have to get my own health coverage and want to be able to get a new one with out coming out of pocket for it. For the ladies that have that implant, which insurance do you have and how much does it cover for both removal and then a new implant after it can be replaced? I know each company will offer different levels of coverage so I just need to know which ones to look into first. TIA.
