Hcg levels

Our children are 8&9 so I've been out of the loop for a while and don't  really remember how my levels were with them. I had my registration appointment today and got a call with my quant. I'm 6w3d and she said my levels are 96,087. What are the chances of twins? We miscarried in August. There were 2 sacs but both empty. I miscarried at 7 weeks and my levels were only 6000 2 days before it happened. Any insight would be great 😊
