Feeling so off. TMI photo in comments

I'm 9 weeks 6 days and feel horrid! I have a headache, I'm light headed, dizzy, and have light cramping here and there, but when it does happen they are more painful than usual, I'm doctoring in a town 2 hours away and it's not an option to go travel there to the er, and I am a little nervous to go to the hospital in my local town because I have filed a formal complaint against an OB nurse for violating my HIPPA rights..... Should I go it to the er here anyways? I have not gotten an ultrasound yet which really sucks :(
