Same with Kayla. I never bled at all even when I had little breaks cause I was a slacker at getting it. Then when I stopped about 6 months after I had a killer full 7 day period that was painful all the time. But since then only had one more little one.

Everyone's body reacts differently. Personally, I had a TERRIBLE experience with the shot. After getting it I would not bleed for a couple of weeks and then I would bleed for weeks at a time until I got it again. After I stopped getting it a few months ago, things have somewhat gone back to normal but my periods are still very irregular.

I took the depo about four times and I never got a period with them, actually it took a year after stopping the depo for my period to return and it returned with a vengeance.
