Babies? Yay or Nay?

I'm a little too young to be thinking about having kids, but recently I've started to wonder if it's for me or not. I used to hate the idea of being a mother. It wasn't me at all, but now that I'm a little older and in a healthy relationship I feel that family life could be something I want. Especially because I know my guy wants one eventually. What are some of your opinions on the whole baby thing? Is it all it's cracked up to be? Will o regret it if I don't? Will I regret it if I do?
