In need of some serious help

I had a natural miscarrage and passed the tissue on November 20th I stopped bleeding the 25th and started having unprotected sex every other day starting the 26th of November. For about 3 days I've checked my cervix and it's been SO high and sooo soft. I've been having a lot of milky discharge as well. Starting last night my nipples became pretty sore and haven't stopped.. Is this normal?? What does this mean?
