I need advice please

Me and my partner want a baby so in May 2015 I had my last depo shot I havnt had one since but I still have not had a period I was on the depo for 18 months I'm a little scared incase having it for so long has done some damage I do have a son already from a previous relationship but would really like another child please can you give me some advice thank you in advance.
