Opinions on 18 and TTC

So me and my SO are 18 going on 19 and have been trying for 6/7 months

We are financially stable have a flat together and have secure jobs

I work with children and am qualified so kind of know what to expect and we both think we are ready

I'm worried about his families reactions though as we are only 18 and we have been hinted at like they say "don't you guys start thinking about babies" etc

But we feel like we are missing something we want a child together and are passionate about it

What are your views?
