I'm 8 weeks today, and morning sickness has hit me like a ton of bricks :/ I was just wondering what you ladies do to help with it?

You could talk to your doctor, mine gave me a pregnancy nausea pill. You take it at night and it actually helps me sleep too. I love it!

Minty mouthwash it'll help!! It's my go-to when I'm about to puke!

Go to babies r us. They sell Preggie pops. They really help with nausea.

Try eating dry crackers just before you get up. Helps with the acid in your stomach. Maybe check your diet. With my first pregnancy I had really bad morning sickness and my diet was actually to blame.
