You may not be five weeks or it may be bloat.

That's possible too. If you haven't had your first ultra sound yet that will tell you exactly how far you are. Also let your doctor know how long your cycle is. My doctor was so confused he said based on my ultrasound I was 6 weeks 3 days but based on my last period I should be almost 8 weeks. Then I told him my cycles are around 35 days as opossed to the standard 28 days.... And that's when the lightbulb went off haha

It's very possible that you are bloated. I've never seen that big of a bump at 5 weeks
