Home Remedies for UTI?

I can't really afford to buy antibiotics so what are home remedies? I've had it for two days and I swear it's getting worse.

There is no home treatment.  If you do not get treated with perscribed antibiotics,  the infection will spread to you ureters and kidneys and bladder.

I just went to the hospital for one yesterday. Advice from a physician.

You need antibiotics, the infection could migrate to your kidneys. Go to a health center and get a quick urinealysis. Ask the doc to prescribe one of the free antibiotics.  If you are in the US, there are free ones available.

Lots of water and cranberry juice stay very hydrated. I also take frequent baking soda baths. I'll wash in the shower first put my hair up and run a hot bath and just soak.
