Does anyone know what this may be? It's also on the back of his neck. He is 7 weeks old. Any help would be great!

My daughter had the same thing and the dr said to switch what we bathed her with first and if that didn't work then to try switching our detergent. We changed her bath soap and lotion from Johnson and Johnson to the baby aveno fragrance free and it went away

Thanks everyone. I gave him a bath in the soap I was originally using which is johnsons oatmeal vanilla and i can feel the bumps but it's not inflamed and red anymore.

Is he breastfed? If so, like my daughter, it's just a rash from the reaction of your hormones. Nothing to worry about.

Our pediatrician said it was baby acne and it would go away . although since I stopped using lavender it's not as inflamed

Mine had this too! He was having a reaction to the lavender baby soap. Went to aveeno baby eczema lotion and soap. Also went to dreft laundry soap too!  Cleared up!

Looks like exzema to me.. my baby girl had it. Needed steriod cream to get rid of it.
