Help!

So this is going to be my 2nd month TTC, I have irregular cycles, I have my bbt thermometer, pre natals, and I used OPK's last month. I am looking to do something different this month in hopes of getting pregnant this month, any suggestions welcome!! Thanks guys & baby dust to all! 😘
