How long do I have to leave this on?? I gave birth a week ago tomorrow.

I have been wearing mine for 2 weeks. Mostly now I am wearing it for vanity to reasons since its helping get everything back where it should be

I still wear mine if I'm going out to do the shopping, going for a walk, etc. I'm almost 4 weeks pp.

I took mine off after the 2nd day. I would get sick every time I walked because I was in so much pain. My nurse told me I could take it off and I was so much better after it. It's just supposed to hold you so parts don't jiggle and hurt your Stitches.
