This isn't saying you are pregnant it is saying you are ovulating and your chances of getting pregnant furring this time are higher. If you at bloating try cutting back your salt intake, if you are feeling sick or cramping try cutting back on sugars and processed foods. And make sure you are getting enough water and other vital neutrients. If you are not eating well, changing your diet may fix most of your issues. Also try to de-stress. Being stressed can cause your symptoms to be worse and can cause AF to be late.
