Tips for conceiving with PCOS and over active ovaries
Yes, I know, not everyone will have the same symptoms in the same way if they have PCOS. But I'm just curious on anyone who has PCOS and have conceived successfully, what have you done to achieve this? I haven't tried to conceive, but I'm not overly careful with my boyfriend and never have any dramas. I have "over-active" ovaries so this is my main problem. Also, to put things into perspective, I'm about to turn 26 and I have my shit together so an accidental pregnancy isn't a huge issue either.... But I'm just wondering if there are vitamins worth taking etc etc if my boyfriend and I were to make a planned effort to fall pregnant in the near future?
I'm also a healthy eater who eats everything in moderation, I exercise regularly and work in a physical environment and all of that.... So weight and lifestyle is not a huge thing I need to change.
