Pinched nerve
So I have a pinched nerve in my upper back/shoulder blade and since I've been pregnant its been acting up and causing me such horrible pain. I don't know what to do for it because its never bothered me this bad. For those of you who deal with a pinched nerve, what do you do to relieve the pain?
