Please help

It is my first pregnancy and I start having some low abdominal pain and spotting a little I'm today 6w4d, I have a obgym but not until I end up at the er I found out I was 5w4d on the er they send me home and told me to rest for 3 days I been spotting sinces last wednesday, I when to the er and the doctor told me to go back to my obgym if I continue to,spot and feel pain which I did and he just told me that my hormones levels where low and that it was a miscarriage, mi hormones levels was 4000 something on Wednesday and by Friday I was 5000 something, but can my hormone levels go,up if I'm having a miscarriage? These is my ultrasound at 5w4d and I have a apointment tomorrow with the same obgym but I feel like he just don't care about me or to do something to help me safe my baby. If anyone can help I would appreciated.
