Engagement rings?!

Does the price of a ring really matter? 
What are people's oppinions. I've been really bad and I've found out my partner has bought a ring yet I'm doubting myself as when I saw the price I feel as if there might not have been any thought into it and that I'm not worth anything? Is this normal? I love him to bits so to me price means nothing compared to how I feel about him. Just I thought there would of been more than 99p obviously I don't want a thousand of pounds ring as I know we can't afford something like that yet I thought maybe it would of been around the £30 mark... Help!

The size or price aren't what matters. Sure we all dream of a huge gorgeous rock, but when it comes down to it, the love should be priceless. My ring isnt huge, it's actually pretty small and wasn't that expensive. But I love it because I actually found the man that wanted to be with me forever and no amount or size of ring was going to sway my feeling for him❤️

I just recently got engaged, my fiancé asked me if I wanted a ring or uggs for Christmas lol 😂 I picked like a $100 ring from Swarovski, and he later proposed with it (I just thought it was a gift nothing special!) and I absolutely LOVE IT! It's the thought that counts, not the cash 😊

Not at all.. It's cringy when people boast about how much they cost anyway ... £9000 Tiffany or a £20 jewellers ... Still represents love and that's priceless .. Plus why on earth would someone want to spend so much on a piece of jewellery 😂🙈

Price doesn't matter nor does the ring, ofcourse if you love him. My ring was worth 7000.00 and even without it, I love my man

Of course it doesn't directly represent the love your partner has for you; but I don't really think you should settle (within reason or course...) because you want something quality that will last through time, and something that you'll really love because you'll look down and see it every time you glance at your left hand!

I would totally pitch in for my engagement ring if it was more than my boyfriend was comfortable with spending. I want real diamond for sure!
