How do you count how many DPO you are?? Confused!!😩😞

So I thought I was 2DPO but I'm not for sure.... Glow is saying I ovulated on the 3rd. Ovia is saying I ovulated on the 4th and said to take a hpt in 10 days. And my ovulation tracker is saying I ovulated on the 5th..... I'm so confused!! My last period was Nov. 18th. My period this month isn't due until Dec. 18th. So can someone plz help me?! Idk when to test or how many DPO I am..... Ugh! 😩😞😢 Plz help!!!!!!!!!

Do you take your bbt or use opks? If you temp, ovulation is the day before the temp rise. If you you use opks, you will ovulate 12-48 hours later

Do you know exactly when you ovulated? Otherwise I'd probably go from the latest date you've been told so that's the 5th you say? So you're about 3dpo today tomorrow you'll be 4 and so on I'd test around 11/12dpo so that would be the 17th Dec unless AF comes of course. Fingers crossed for you xx

Yup. Glow currently says I'm 5dpo but my other tracker says 7dpo. I'm not really sure anymore. I'm not too concerned about it either. Supposedly, even taking ovulation test does not guarantee ovulation.

It's usually 2 weeks before the start of your next AF I'd count out your cycle length. For example if you have a 28 day cycle you would ovulate on day 14. Should be equal number of days from start to start to the middle that's what I got from it. Take an OPK to be sure :)

I trust glow. I got pregnant in 3 months of using it, and then every cycle after each miscarriage since Sept. I'm currently 8w1d today and always made sure to BD when glow said I was fertile. Ovia was off and early by a few days each time

I found the ovulation urine test were best. I ovulate late and was going by different apps and missing my ovulation for the past 5 months. Sorry I don't know much about DPO but knowing when you ovulate seems more useful to me x

BBT chart.. there was a dip in my temp and then today it went back up. I had a light brown CM for 2 days but today it is gone, just some slight cramping. AF isn't due until Dec. 18th.
