Symptoms come and go?

I'm 5 weeks 2 days and all of a sudden my super sore nipples don't hurt anymore.  They have been sore since I found out at 3 weeks 3 days. Has this happened to anyone else?  Should I be worried?

I've heard it's normal for them to come and go.

Mine went away at about 5 weeks and I slightly freaked out. They did come back a few days later and I was told they may come and go for awhile! Try to relax and happy thoughts!

Mine have sort of stopped too. I'm 5w today
